EXPENSIVE ITEMS THAT ARE NOT WORTH THEIR PRICES
If you read the last blog post, then you know I had to make a post totally opposite from what that one talked about.
Now that you at least have ideas on what to spend your money on, this post focuses on all the things you might consider buying or might have already bought that are seriously not worth the hype and will, in fact, make you lose money.
Most items on this list are things that are trendy right now and in a couple of weeks will basically be extinct. They are items you thought will probably draw Ladies attention towards you but instead will repel them from you, and the only compliments you will be getting are from your fellow dudes.

1. Anything smashed with the “Supreme” Logo:
Everything sold with that eye-catching supreme logo on them especially Supreme T-shirts are a waste of money. They probably bought dozens of cheap white T-shirts, slammed their logo on them and resold them for outrageous prices to people that consider themselves ‘Hype Beasts’. They buy mediocre shirts at very little cost to them, resell them making about 97% profit and do it over again. They rip you off your hard-earned money and make you believe you are wearing quality clothing.
2. Newly Released Smartphones: This particular one beats me every time I think of it. If you are a content creator like me and tech reviews are your thing, go for it. If your phone is old or no longer working properly and you have extra cash to get a new one, go for it. But if a new smartphone is released or is about to be (like the iPhone 12) and you feel your current phone that you probably just got a month or two ago is no-longer reigning and you just want another one so you can be seen by ‘the society’ in one way or the other, it's not worth it. If not for anything, even if you don’t value your money, what did ‘the society’ positively impact in your life that warrants you spending a fortune to get an expensive phone for ‘them’? If you ask yourself that question and still want to get yourself that phone or piece of tech, have at it, you 100% have my support.
3. Designer Socks:
This right here has to be the most hilarious thing on the internet. I bet everyone has that friend that has at least a pair of Gucci socks; or worse, we are that friend. People that have these feel the need to show it off, so they wear it in dress shoes with suits, in sneakers with jeans and the worst of them all, in Supreme slides with shorts. Up till this very moment, I still think those are very bad investments because just like the Supreme logos, these are mediocre socks slammed with Gucci or Louis Vuitton logos on them and sold for outrageous prices. The funny thing is, I don’t even think they are as comfortable and as breathable as Nike or Adidas Socks. Don’t waste your money on these when you have better and cheaper alternatives.
4. Expensive Underwear:
I get that you want the best comfort money can buy down there and that you want to make an impression in the bedroom; but trust me, boxers branded by expensive brands Versace is not the way to go. Once your underwear packages your junk and makes you feel 100% comfortable, it does not matter how cheap you get it for, it is more valuable than overpriced uncomfortable underwear.
5. Over-Hyped Sneakers:
Stay where you are sneakerheads, don’t attack me just yet. Everybody loves good sneakers but good sneakers cost money and sometimes you gotta live a little, close your eyes and treat yourself to a new pair of Jordan’s. Everyone has felt that way. But are you really sure that you want to carry bundles of money and throw it away just for a brand new pair of Air Dior’s? If shoe reviews and unboxing are your things, go for it; but if not, are they really worth it? You could use that money to revamp your entire wardrobe and get essential clothing pieces that will never go out of season. That is a better investment as you start a new school session.
6. Designer Belts and Ties:
Ties and belts are not supposed to be expensive. Ties with logos, designs and stickers are even harder to match than plain-coloured ties, so I do not see the need to buy a tie that will give you a hard time styling just because they are “designer” ties. And as for the belts, I know designer belts are the reigning thing now, but remove your eyes from the enormous buckles that draw people’s attention ‘down there’ and focus on the below mediocre quality of leather straps they come with. At this point, I don’t have to stretch my point any longer than this for you to see that these are a total waste of money.
My Brothers and Sisters (for as many ladies that are here) I really hope I have helped you save a lot of your money (and possibly your boyfriends’) and have opened your eyes to these Top Brands selling ordinary items to you and in general shown you items you should not spend money on because they are not worth their prices.
